What the program is

JG Life Group sends text messages to people who requested information about life insurance coverage. Messages confirm whether you are still interested, answer basic questions about types of coverage, and arrange for a state-licensed insurance agent to follow up.

We do not quote rates or premiums by text. Only a licensed agent can give you specific figures.

How you were opted in

You submitted a form — on our site or on a third-party website that collects life insurance information requests — where you provided your phone number and gave express written consent to be contacted by licensed insurance agents and their marketing partners, including by automated text message.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you believe you received a message without having requested information, reply STOP and you will be removed immediately. You can also email us at contact@jglifegroup.com.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the conversation. A typical exchange is 2–6 messages. We do not send recurring campaigns or newsletters, and we never send more than one message in a row without a reply from you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

How to opt out

UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, and similar words work the same way. Your number stays on our permanent suppression list, so it is suppressed even if your information is submitted to us again later by a different source.
